It's all in my head?

So tonight, I am truly just looking for people to talk to. I need to keep my mind off of what I have going on. A few nights ago, I was having some "alone fun", and in the middle of such thing, a friend from work. The next day, when I saw her at work, i couldn't keep a straight face because I had a guilty conscious. We began texting later on in the day, and she kept pressuring me to tell her. I never really told her what it was. But she confessed she was curious about what it was like to be with another woman and asked if I would "kill her curiosity". I said i would and after that, she went to sleep. Today, i didn't hear from her all day. She texted me in regards to some work stuff but when i'd be slightly flirtatious, she didn't respond. Then i logged onto Facebook and went to her profile. I then saw that she is in a relationship, which I knew and had forgotten. After seeing that, i was left depressed and upset. I dont know how to deal with this because it's not something I can talk to her about. She's not very emotional. && it was all in my head, and not a reality so I dont know what to do. Someone help me!!
